Bad elements will use Water Scam outside your house to get your attention .
If you wake up in the middle of the night and you hear water taps outside running or what you think is a burst pipe, DO NOT PANIC and DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE OR CHECK. This people could turn on all your outside taps full ball so that you will go out to check, they they will attack.
Check it first by using flashlights, don't open windows yet. Open any outside lights. Before you go out, make sure you have something you can use to protect you, just in case it's a SCAM. But don't ignore it, it may also be a REAL WATER BURST.
It's always good to be alert.
